House in Bauhaus style with an area of 750m2

The peculiarity of this project, executed for a family of six people is that the building consists of two separate volumes connected at the level of the second floor, so that an overlapped, inner courtyard is formed between them.

The first volume is a living block with a hundred-meter double-light living room, a kitchen-dining room, on the second floor there are four bedrooms with sanitary facilities. In the second volume all the utility premises are taken out: a garage for three cars, a pantry, a boiler room and a sauna that has Exit to the fully glazed pavilion of the pool.

The house is located in a very picturesque place on the shore of the Klyazma reservoir. Design and construction was carried out in 2012-2014.
