Cottage on Novorizhskoe highway 400 m 2, for a creative couple working in IT technology.

The spatial concept of the cottage was formulated as a three-tiered volume in which the first level is occupied by household premises: a garage for two cars, a sauna, a laundry room, a pantry, a boiler room.

On the second level there is a spacious living room, a kitchen – a dining room, representing one space, zoned with various techniques characteristic of Hi-tech style, study and guest bedroom.

On the third level there are three bedrooms each of which has its own bathroom, with access to an extensive balcony, which is the roof of the second floor.

Given the limited size of the plot, 15 hectare, the building has a vertical composition, the axis of which is a ladder.

The main facade of the building, which has a panoramic glazing on the second floor, is oriented towards the Ozerninskoe reservoir.
