The whole volume of the building is assembled around a complex, turning staircase, which pierces floors with its exquisite bend, and the entire composition is crowned with a stained glass ceiling. Stained glass, as a decorative decoration of space is actively present in the interior, creating a whimsical play of light. The entrance to the staircase is deliberately accented by a modern, forged floor lamp.

In the interior, various decorative finishes are widely applied – these are both textured surfaces and hand-made wallpapers and luxurious inlaid floors.
